Origin
How It Started
Glitz Miami began as a simple idea: Miami already lived like a magazine — the light, the water, the nights that refuse to end — but no one had built a station that treated that life with the seriousness of a luxury editorial house and the immediacy of broadcast.
From Brickell rooftops to Design District galleries, from offshore Saturdays to Paris-bound diaries, the network grew around distinct hosts with real points of view — not a generic feed of trends. What started as a local lifestyle dispatch became a multi-host media network: On Air programming, long-form editorial, and a private studio stack that keeps the look and voice consistent every day.

Glitz Miami is a digital broadcasting and editorial network. Our hosts introduce you to Miami and the wider luxury world through shows, stories, and experiences you can actually follow. On Air explains what each host covers. The Blog is their living space — individual voices, recommendations, and promotions. Hosts are the faces you meet first.
We publish with craft: real portraits, real places, and editorial that respects your time. Affiliate and partner relationships are disclosed. The public site is the storefront; the work of keeping it sharp happens behind the scenes.

Lifestyle OS is Glitz Miami's private publishing command deck — the local studio where we manage hosts, portraits, editorial drafts, and social distribution for the network.

Privacy Policy
Glitz Miami ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://glitzmiami.com and the Lifestyle OS publishing platform used by B&F Publishing / D&T Publishing to manage editorial content and social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Website visitors. When you browse Glitz Miami, we may collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL) and cookies used for analytics and site functionality. If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message content).
Lifestyle OS users. Publishers who connect social accounts through Lifestyle OS authorize access via OAuth (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and other platforms as configured). We receive profile identifiers, email (when provided by the platform), Page and account metadata, and tokens needed to publish on your behalf. We do not receive your platform password.
Content you create. Posts, captions, media, scheduling data, and publishing queue items you submit through Lifestyle OS are stored to provide the service.
How We Use Information
- Deliver and improve Glitz Miami editorial content and the Lifestyle OS platform
- Publish social media content you approve in the posting queue
- Read basic engagement metrics on posts published through the app (when authorized)
- Respond to inquiries, partnerships, and support requests
- Send newsletters and updates you have opted into
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
Social Platform Data (Meta / Instagram / Threads)
When you connect a Meta account, Lifestyle OS requests permissions needed to list your Facebook Pages, identify linked Instagram Business and Threads profiles, and — after App Review approval — publish content you schedule. We use this data only to operate the publishing workflow for accounts you explicitly authorize. We do not sell social platform data to third parties.
You can disconnect accounts at any time from Lifestyle OS → Social Media. Disconnecting revokes our access and removes stored OAuth tokens from our systems.
Data Storage and Security
OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to Lifestyle OS is limited to authorized B&F Publishing / D&T Publishing staff. We use industry-standard hosting and transport security (HTTPS) in production.
Sharing with Third Parties
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site and platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual obligations to protect your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
Cookies
Glitz Miami may use essential cookies for site operation and optional analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. To request data deletion related to a connected social account, disconnect the account in Lifestyle OS or contact us at legal@bandfpublishing.com.
Children
Glitz Miami and Lifestyle OS are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://glitzmiami.com (the "Site") and the Lifestyle OS platform (the "Platform") operated by B&F Publishing / D&T Publishing ("Glitz Miami," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Lifestyle OS social publishing features. By connecting a social media account, you represent that you have authority to manage that account and Page.
The Services
Glitz Miami Site. The Site provides editorial lifestyle content, shows, destinations, and related media. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes. Some links may be affiliate links; see our site disclaimer.
Lifestyle OS. The Platform is an internal publishing tool for authorized staff and partners to schedule and publish content to connected social accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, Threads, and other integrations). Publishing occurs only for content you create, approve, or authorize in the posting queue.
Account Connection and OAuth
Connecting a social platform account requires OAuth authorization through that platform's login flow. You grant Glitz Miami the permissions displayed during authorization, limited to operating the Platform. You may revoke access by disconnecting the account in Lifestyle OS or through the platform's app settings.
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or account status that affect publishing.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and publish your content solely to provide the Platform and Site services you request. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Publish spam, malware, or content that violates platform community standards
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Glitz Miami
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.
Intellectual Property
Glitz Miami branding, editorial design, site layout, and original editorial content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission, except as allowed by fair use or platform sharing features.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Editorial content reflects opinions and experiences; we do not guarantee accuracy of third-party information or travel, product, or service recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLITZ MIAMI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glitz Miami and its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
