Terms of Service

Terms governing use of Glitz Miami and the Lifestyle OS publishing platform.

Effective June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://glitzmiami.com (the "Site") and the Lifestyle OS platform (the "Platform") operated by B&F Publishing / D&T Publishing ("Glitz Miami," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Lifestyle OS social publishing features. By connecting a social media account, you represent that you have authority to manage that account and Page.

The Services

Glitz Miami Site. The Site provides editorial lifestyle content, shows, destinations, and related media. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes. Some links may be affiliate links; see our site disclaimer.

Lifestyle OS. The Platform is an internal publishing tool for authorized staff and partners to schedule and publish content to connected social accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, Threads, and other integrations). Publishing occurs only for content you create, approve, or authorize in the posting queue.

Account Connection and OAuth

Connecting a social platform account requires OAuth authorization through that platform's login flow. You grant Glitz Miami the permissions displayed during authorization, limited to operating the Platform. You may revoke access by disconnecting the account in Lifestyle OS or through the platform's app settings.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or account status that affect publishing.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and publish your content solely to provide the Platform and Site services you request. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site or Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Publish spam, malware, or content that violates platform community standards
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Glitz Miami

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.

Intellectual Property

Glitz Miami branding, editorial design, site layout, and original editorial content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission, except as allowed by fair use or platform sharing features.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Editorial content reflects opinions and experiences; we do not guarantee accuracy of third-party information or travel, product, or service recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLITZ MIAMI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glitz Miami and its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
