Glitz Miami ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://glitzmiami.com and the Lifestyle OS publishing platform used by B&F Publishing / D&T Publishing to manage editorial content and social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Website visitors. When you browse Glitz Miami, we may collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL) and cookies used for analytics and site functionality. If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message content).

Lifestyle OS users. Publishers who connect social accounts through Lifestyle OS authorize access via OAuth (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and other platforms as configured). We receive profile identifiers, email (when provided by the platform), Page and account metadata, and tokens needed to publish on your behalf. We do not receive your platform password.

Content you create. Posts, captions, media, scheduling data, and publishing queue items you submit through Lifestyle OS are stored to provide the service.

How We Use Information

• Deliver and improve Glitz Miami editorial content and the Lifestyle OS platform
• Publish social media content you approve in the posting queue
• Read basic engagement metrics on posts published through the app (when authorized)
• Respond to inquiries, partnerships, and support requests
• Send newsletters and updates you have opted into
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

Social Platform Data (Meta / Instagram / Threads)

When you connect a Meta account, Lifestyle OS requests permissions needed to list your Facebook Pages, identify linked Instagram Business and Threads profiles, and — after App Review approval — publish content you schedule. We use this data only to operate the publishing workflow for accounts you explicitly authorize. We do not sell social platform data to third parties.

You can disconnect accounts at any time from Lifestyle OS → Social Media. Disconnecting revokes our access and removes stored OAuth tokens from our systems.

Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to Lifestyle OS is limited to authorized B&F Publishing / D&T Publishing staff. We use industry-standard hosting and transport security (HTTPS) in production.

Sharing with Third Parties

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site and platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual obligations to protect your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

Cookies

Glitz Miami may use essential cookies for site operation and optional analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. To request data deletion related to a connected social account, disconnect the account in Lifestyle OS or contact us at Glitz_Miami@bandfpublishing.com.

Children

Glitz Miami and Lifestyle OS are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
